  • I understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fairness for both you and my business, the following cancellation policy applies:

    • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 7 days in advance. Your retainer can be applied to a new date within 3 months, subject to my availability.

    • Cancellations: For cancellations made within 3 days of the session, the retainer will be forfeited. For cancellations made further in advance, you may apply your retainer toward a future session.

    • Weather & Emergencies: In the case of inclement weather or emergencies, I will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

    Thank you for understanding that these policies help me provide the best possible service to all my clients. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • • Retainers/Deposits: A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your session date. This retainer covers initial planning and reserves your spot in my schedule.

  • I’m thrilled to explore new locations to capture your special moments! Based in Ottawa, I aim to make my travel policies clear and straightforward:

    • Local Travel: Travel within 30 km of Ottawa is included in your package.

    • Extended Travel: For locations beyond 60 km of Ottawa, a travel fee of $0.50 per km (round trip) will apply.

    • Overnight Stays: If your session requires travel that involves an overnight stay (e.g., for destination weddings or sessions farther than 150 km from Ottawa), additional costs for accommodation and meals will apply. These details will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

    • Destination Sessions: For shoots or weddings outside Ontario, a customized travel quote will be provided, including airfare, accommodation, and local transportation.
